Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Shaaz Studio, operated by Shaazamaan Shaji, a sole proprietor based in Alappuzha, Kerala, India ("we", "us"). By ordering a service you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer two services: clinic websites (one-time fee) and daily social media content ("Daily Reels", monthly fee). The scope, price and delivery time of each plan are listed on our home page and confirmed in writing before work starts. Work outside the listed plans is not offered.

Websites

• We build a preview of your website from the content you send (logo, photos, service details).
• Payment is due after you approve the preview and before the site goes live.
• Delivery times are counted in working days from the day we receive all your content.
• Changes are free for 30 days after launch, within the scope of your plan.
• The domain name is registered in your name and paid by you directly to the registrar.
• You confirm you have the right to use all content you send us, including photos, logos and patient reviews.

Daily Reels

• The plan is billed monthly in advance. Posting starts after payment is received.
• You give us access to your account as a collaborator for the duration of the plan.
• You may ask for any post to be removed within 24 hours of posting.
• We do not promise any specific number of followers, enquiries, admissions or sales.
• We never post results, testimonials or personal details of your customers without their written permission.

Payments

Payments are collected through a secure payment link from our payment partner (UPI, cards or net banking). Prices are in Indian Rupees.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Alappuzha, Kerala have jurisdiction.
