Refund & Cancellation Policy

You pay only after approving your website preview, so no payment is taken for work you have not seen.
If, after payment, we fail to put the approved website live within 7 working days, you will receive a full refund on request.
Once the website is live, the fee is not refundable. Changes within your plan are free for 30 days.

You can cancel any time with 7 days' notice by email or WhatsApp. No charge is made for the following month.
The current month already paid for is not refundable, except as below.
If we fail to post the content in your plan for 3 or more days in a month for reasons on our side, we refund those days proportionately on request.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
